Overview

ClockWork League operates free diagnostic and content tools, including Agency Audit, ICP Snapshot, LinkedIn Profile Optimizer, LinkedIn Portrait Creator, Sales Resume Screener, Program Application, and case-study delivery flows.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect by Service

Agency Audit

  • Name and email address
  • Agency details, growth context, and questionnaire responses
  • Calculated scoring outputs and qualification metadata

ICP Snapshot

  • Email address
  • Business-positioning inputs you provide
  • Generated ICP output

LinkedIn Profile Optimizer

  • First name, email address, and optional agency context
  • Uploaded screenshots or PDFs
  • Generated analysis and report metadata

Uploaded files are stored temporarily during asynchronous processing and deleted after completion or cleanup handling.

LinkedIn Portrait Creator

  • First name and email address for full delivery mode
  • Uploaded portrait processed in server memory

Uploaded portrait files are processed in memory and are not retained as persistent server files after generation.

Sales Resume Screener

  • Work email, role setup details, and job description inputs
  • Uploaded resumes and job description files for parsing and scoring
  • Generated candidate scores, summaries, and report outputs

Raw uploads are retained only for processing and then removed. Persisted records keep screening outputs and redacted parsed text rather than raw files.

Program Application and Case Study Requests

  • Name, email, and business qualification details
  • Program or lead-magnet request metadata

Newsletter Signups

  • Name (if provided), email, signup source, and unsubscribe status

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide requested diagnostics, reports, and generated outputs
  • Operate, monitor, and secure the platform
  • Send transactional emails for requested service delivery
  • Send optional marketing updates only where you opt in
  • Improve tool quality, calibration, and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Consent and Communications

Certain services require explicit consent before we process uploads or AI outputs. Transactional communications are separate from optional marketing messages.

  • Transactional emails are used to deliver requested outputs and service updates
  • Marketing emails are sent only when you opt in
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing via email links or our unsubscribe route

Data Retention

  • LinkedIn Portrait uploads: processed in memory and discarded after generation flow
  • Resume Screener raw uploads: temporary processing storage, typically removed within 24 hours
  • LinkedIn Profile Optimizer uploads: temporary job storage, typically removed within 72 hours after job completion or failure
  • Submission records and generated outputs: retained up to 24 months for operations, support, analytics, and compliance, unless legal needs require longer retention
  • Newsletter records: retained until unsubscribe plus operational archival windows

Service Providers and Cross-Border Processing

We use third-party service providers for hosting and infrastructure, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and automation.

Depending on provider architecture, data may be processed outside your province, state, or country. We limit shared data to what is required for service delivery and maintain operational safeguards where applicable.

Data Security

We use HTTPS transport, restricted operational access, and standard security controls. No internet-based system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete eligible data
  • Understand how your data is used
  • Opt out of marketing communications

We may ask you to verify ownership of the email address tied to a submission before fulfilling a request. We target an initial response within 10 business days and final handling within 30 days in most cases.

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
